Questions
- What counts as a state?
- Each of the 50 states and DC counts as one. Federal items come with every plan and do not count.
- Can I change my states?
- Yes. Change them on the States page at any time, up to the limit of your plan.
- How do I cancel?
- Cancel from Plan and billing. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the account returns to the free plan. Yearly plans are not prorated or refunded.
- How do seats work?
- The organization plan includes 10 seats, and each person in the organization uses one. The Principal can add seats up to 25, at $100 a month each. For more than 25, contact sales.
- How does Library access work?
- The Compliance Library is set up with our team and is not part of these plans. Request access and we reply within two business days.
